Brewpub Project Assistant

Position Summary

To support the brewpub division on construction, capital, facility management projects and supports the operations team.

Essential Functions & Duties

Construction & Capital Projects:

Assists in preparation and submits necessary license/permits.
Reviews proposals with Brewpub Project Manager and performs cost comparisons.
Assists in accounting and coding of invoicing for capital expenses and construction projects.
Tracks payments and communicates summary of transactions to team.
Administrative support in project close out documents.
Organization of documentation related to budget, scheduling, and other aspects of construction and capital projects.
Attends project meetings and takes notes and distributes meeting minutes to attendees.
General administrative support to projects
Organize and maintain project files and databases
Assists in vendor follow up on scheduling and completion.

Facilities Support:

Compiles and creates facility management reporting as needed.
Organizes fixed asset tracking sheets.
Administrative support for location specific facility information.
Assists in preparation of facility audit checklists, surveys and spec books.
Assists in vendor follow up on scheduling and completion.
Department Administration:

Department Administration:

Processes internal brewpub orders
Processes monthly multi-unit invoices.
Compiles Brewpub Division reporting as needed.
Organizes and maintain department files and databases

Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Project and Power Point
Strong Excel skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
